Giulia is looking for: A Studio in Gent

My name is Giulia Magnani, I am 22 years old and from Italy. I am currently in my second year of a Bachelor's degree in International Organization and Management at Artevelde University of Applied Sciences.

I work three jobs: one in a B&B, and two as a waitress and cook. I am a very dedicated person with clear goals and ambitions, and I keep myself very busy throughout my days.

However, I find it essential to have a calm and tidy environment in order to focus, rest, and recharge. I take great care of my living space because I truly value having a welcoming and clean home.

I am currently looking for a studio, as I no longer feel comfortable in my current living situation. I live in a shared house with five students, but I often feel a lack of respect and balance in responsibilities. At times, it feels as though I am expected to take on cleaning duties or responsibilities that are not equally shared, and the general atmosphere is not very friendly. Because of this, I am really hoping to find a place where I can come home, relax in peace, and feel comfortable.

I consider myself a responsible, clean, and respectful tenant who takes good care of both spaces and belongings.
