Emre zoekt: Een Kamer / Appartement / Studio in Gent

Hello, I'm Emre Bahar.
I'm studying for a master's degree. I will study at Ghent University as an Erasmus student until the end of the first semester.
I applied to the dormitory of Ghent university but I'm on the waiting list. So I am looking for a place to stay until I move to the university dormitory. If I cannot go to the university dormitory, I can stay here for 1 semester. (I will arrive around September 12.)
In this case, I want at least 1 month stay for now. I am looking for a place with a bed, duvet, pillow, desk, shower, WC and no heating problem.
Could you give information about the distance and transportation to the Boekentoren campus?
And I would appreciate it if you let me know the payment terms as soon as possible.
